KARRIEM L. ADAMS NAMED MDS'S NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Fremont, CA – April 7th, 2008 – MDS, Inc. has announced today that its Board of Directors has named Karriem L. Adams to serve as the Company's new VP of Sales.
"After an extensive search process, we have found the new leader for MDS sales," said Darko Dickerman, founder of MDS's. "We believe that Karriem has the experience and strategic acumen required for MDS to create value for our strategic sales goals, while maintaining its track record of innovation and customer service."
"Karriem has substantial experience in providing both executive level consulting, and sales of products and services to enterprise business markets. We will look to Karriem to set MDS's strategic sales direction for the future."
Adams, 31, served as Sale Manager of Supermicro Computers Inc, a premier provider of x86 servers and storage appliances. Prior to Supermicro, he served as president, and earlier as chief executive officer, of ATSI Global Corporation until its acquisition in 2003. Adams served in a variety of executive and management roles at Operating Systems, Milestone Technology, and Liberty One.
